The two electricians assessed the job and one explained their specific pricing policy. They replaced the ballasts and lamps for my four kitchen light fixtures, and rewired them. They also replaced a switch with a dimmer in my dining area. It was all done within a couple of hours and they cleaned up thoroughly.

Decided to use Mr. Sparky and I was not disappointed. Sent a message via their website and received a response almost immediately. I was able to schedule an in-home estimate quickly. Mr. Sparky offers flat fee pricing based on the quote given and will do the work immediately once the quote is given. I was VERY impressed with the fact that they came out to my house on a holiday and did not charge extra. They said it was just a normal working day for them.

My electrician was polite, professional, efficient and technically adept. He went out of his way to move things along quickly and explain everything he was doing while we was doing it.
